RHICBOS MC simulations - Updated version (February 2005)

RHICBOS MC simulations have been perfored for pp 500GeV centre-of-mass energy using the following sets of parton distribution functions:

The longitudinal single-spin asymmetry A_L has been calculated for: 800pb^-1 (L) and 400pb^-1 (L) with 0.7 (P) beam polarization.

The asymmetry results (pdf-files) are located here:

• y-binning: [-2.5,+2.5] as a function of y with Nbin=10 and P=0.7 and L=400pb-1
• y-binning: [-2.5,+2.5] as a function of y with Nbin=5 and P=0.7 and L=400pb-1
• y-binning: [-1.0,+2.0] as a function of y with Nbin=6 and P=0.7 and L=400pb-1
• y-binning: [-1.0,+2.0] as a function of y with Nbin=3 and P=0.7 and L=400pb-1
• y-binning: [-2.0,+1.0] as a function of y with Nbin=6 and P=0.7 and L=400pb-1
• y-binning: [-2.0,+1.0] as a function of y with Nbin=3 and P=0.7 and L=400pb-1
